Images make a lot of impressions

Page impressions, that is.
News sites, that use photogalleries get most of their page impressions with the images inside their galleries.
That directly translates to ad-revenues.
The funny thing: images are far more easier to produce than text. At least, that's what it feels like, when you work for a media-asset-management company.

The graphic is even right if we transfer it to an information-based view. I think one year ago I've made a mathematical proof built on the information of an image.
